Planning

Thistledown has received full planning permission for the project. This includes:

	over 70 acres of land for an Environmental Field Centre to be founded; which includes treetop boardwalks, hides, sculptural trails, interactive centres and discovery areas.
	an innovative environmental building of approximately 600 square metres, containing no cement or concrete (including no concrete foundations) .
	a car park containing 100 hard standing for cars, 5 coaches and disability spaces; and an overspill car park of 8 acres interspersed with trees.
	full highways permission and no restriction on vehicular numbers.
